Text and Language Settings

Overview

All texts shown inside the Saphere Scan widget are customizable per language. This includes:

• Button labels
• Headings and messages
• GDPR/legal notices
• Error messages

Supported languages include: ar, de, en, es, fr, it, pl, pt, pt_BR, tr

To localize the interface:

• Set a default language using the lang option in the widget configuration: lang: "fr"

If not defined, the widget will auto-detect the user's browser language.

Text Customization Policy

If you need to modify the actual text content (e.g. rephrasing, translations, terminology adjustments), you can request a custom update from the Saphere team:

1. Send an email to support@saphere.ai with:
   • Your customizationId
   • A list of the texts you wish to update (with desired translations)
2. Our team will process and apply the change within 48 hours.

This ensures consistency and quality across all deployments, while enabling precise customizations for multilingual experiences.
